So, last week I didn't get this posted. Oops! (told ya no promises-lol) So this is what we ate.
Sunday- church picnic- It was good and there was a LOT of food! :)
Monday- Bacon & fresh Tomato pasta (with whole grain pasta)
Tuesday- taco bar (friends came over-as on most Tuesdays) and we potluck it. It was quite the spread although we missed quac and sour cream.
Wednesday- Grilled pork shoulder steak and sweet potatoes
Thursday- Meatloaf burger and grilled potatoes and carrots (except partway through the grill ran out of propane- so the burgers were cooked on the stovetop and the potatoes and carrots were fried)
Friday- homemade corn dogs and baked mac n cheese
Saturday- steak n shake :)
So on to this week! I've made my plan like normal although we have one kid sick with a cold and fever. He isn't eating well (but isn't sick to his stomach) so the plan may change as the week goes on. But I still have a plan. :)
Sunday- Homeschool kick off party (sick one is going to Nanny's)...dinner is another potluck! :)
Monday- homemade pizza
Tuesday- Fish- corn - hushpuppies
Wednesday- Breakfast for dinner (either pancakes or egg casserole)
Thursday- roast potatoes veg
Friday - BBQ (made with extra roast)
So that is what the week looks like. We'll see how closely I stick to it!
